What I do
I support people, teams and organisations to get unstuck. I help people work out where they want to be and what it will take to get there.
My purpose is to support those who help others, through their leadership roles or as people working in the highly complex world of health and care systems.
The world of work is messy and many of us are finding things harder than ever before. I help people, teams and organisations make sense of where they are, the stories that help and hinder them and to work out what they really want. In all my work, I have a strong focus on creating the conditions for wellbeing and healthy working cultures.
I offer 1-1 coaching support, team and leadership development. I work with individuals, groups, communities and organisations, non-judgmentally and with the sure knowledge that people and groups are capable of more than they realise right now.
I work with anyone facing complex challenges and have a special interest in supporting people who help others, in health and care systems, including clinical leaders.
Individuals
Coaching and thinking partnership providing a safe space to make sense of what you want, your strengths, assets and strategies for getting where you want to go, in your role, career and life.
Teams
Supporting teams to be more effective together through improved relationships and dialogue. I help teams make sense of shared purpose, how they want to work and their differences, building alignment and commitment.
Organisations
Supporting organisations through programmes of leadership development, senior team support and building alignment on key challenges.

I recognise that each coaching client, team and organisation faces unique challenges based on who they are and their context. I work with clients to co-create what’s needed.

I ask my clients to go beyond the surface, to reflect on what else might be happening and what other perspectives might help.

I work with an appreciative approach, kindness and compassion and aim to build on strengths, without bringing judgement.

I bring a focus on action reflection cycles, avoiding the common traps of over focus on one or the other.
